Hello St. Patrick School Parents. With regards to the St. Patrick’s Parent Society raffle. 

At this point in time we have sold:

  • $1390 in tickets for the prize draws and 
  • $1095 for the 50/50. 

With the prizes we have committed to for the prize raffle we will lose money if we continue.  The 50/50 raffle has very little overhead (only a cost to print the tickets) and will make money. 

Following AGLC guidelines, parent council members have decided to:

  • Continue with the 50/50 raffle and draw as intended on May 8th. 
  • Cancel the prize raffle and offer new options below.

NEW OPTIONS:

  • Convert 1 prize raffle ticket ($10 each) to 2 tickets for the 50/50 raffle ($5 each). Tickets will be delivered or mailed to an address; this address can be specified on the survey below. 
  • Offer a refund in the form of a cheque for the prize raffle. Refunds will be delivered or mailed to an address; this address can be specified on the survey below. We apologize the only refund option we can offer at this time is a cheque, the account is not set up for e-transfer.  Parents that do not complete the survey below will be refunded a cheque.
